OUR PROCESS
The process we implement is very detailed. This guarantees a perfect outcome and eliminates the chances of failure of your floor. No matter how hard the job is there will be no shortcuts taken. When completed, you end up with a 5 layer very durable high end looking floor. The process consists of:
Step 1. Full diamond grind to the substrate all the way to the edges
Step 2. Primer coat of epoxy to seal and harden the substrate
Step 3. Epoxy repair any cracking or imperfections
Step 4. Apply base coat of epoxy to surface
Step 5. Addition of finish required - flake, grip etc.
Step 6. One entrapment coat of UV stable polyaspartic or polyurethane
Step 7. One top coat of polyaspartic or polyurethane
